このbring outの意味はよく分からないが、ランダムハウス英和辞典に、
「（人を）殻に閉じこもらないように励ます」という定義があるので、
ニュアンスとしては「liberate（解放する）」に近いかもしれない。
いずれにせよ、全編を通して非常に高飛車な歌詞である。
